An Etch Above is all about creating completely customizable products for you! Choose a product and then fill in your custom text, date,
messages, logos, images, instructions, etc. It is that easy!

or give us a call at 410-682-4969. It is our pleasure to brainstorm with you to create just the right engraved products. There are no setup
charges or quantity requirements. Our pricing includes quantity discounts when ordering more than one of an item using the same design. If
you would like to order multiple items with different designs, please order items separately so you can complete the personalization process for each
design.
Step by Step Instructions
1. Find the product to personalize. There are a few ways to find the perfect product.
a. Choose a category (i.e. Barware, Stemware, Decanters, etc.) to view the variety of items we
offer.
b. Use our
Search
box to find items by description, size, category, manufacturer, etc.
c. If you are looking for something specific and cannot find on our product listing, e-mail us and we will research and
supply you with a custom order quote.
2. Once you find the product you want, begin to fill in the Personalization information. All pricing
includes text and/or image engraving on one side of the item. For products with handles, the engraving will be on the side facing you when you
hold the handle in your right hand. If you prefer to change the side, please mention your preference in Special Instructions.
a. Font - There are many fonts to choose from, so be sure to look at the Font page to decide which one you like before you
begin your order process.
b. Text For One Side - Enter text for engraving. Please denote line breaks using a back slash / when entering
text. For example, Bride / Mrs. Lee / June 1, 2012 will engrave on three lines.
c. Upload image - Browse your computer for the image you wish to have engraved on your item. Please note
that high quality images work the best. We will do some adjustments but if the image quality is too low, we may not be able to engrave. As
always, you can contact us to discuss further.
d. Special Instructions - Use this area to give more details, note special deadlines, request assistance finding images
to include on your item, change of engraving placement on items with handles, etc. More detail is always better.
e. Quantity - Enter the quantity of glasses and click ADD TO CART.
3. If you would like additional items with the same engraving, you can note that in Special Instructions
for each additional item rather than going through the Personalization process for each item.
4. Once you have completed adding items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout to enter Shipping and Payment information.
5. You will receive a Proof Approval within 48 hours after Placing Order. Production will not begin until you have given Final Approval. Please take this into account when
anticipating delivery of your order.
